TERMS AND CONDITION OF USE
1. Purchase Methods
Upon receipt of the order we confirm that you have received the order and are checking the data and availability of the product.
We will send you an "acceptance e-mail" of your purchase proposal with the specifications relating to shipping and delivery. You can cancel the order before receiving our "acceptance e-mail", in this case without incurring any expenses. In the case of payment methods not contextual to the order, the charge will be made only when the items included in your order will be shipped.
The purchase proposal you send us represents a purchase contract for the products.
Invoices are sent electronically and you can find them in "my account" in PDF format.
The delivery times indicated on the product sheet are indicative.
2. Right Of Withdrawal
The costs of the return are at your charge.
3. Products' Availability and Prices
On each item card is reported the availability at the time of order. If an ordered product is not available we will notify you by e-mail.
Despite all our efforts, we can not exclude that for a small part of the millions of products in our catalog, a price different from the actual one is indicated by mistake. In any case, we will check the correctness of the prices of the products during the verification process of the order and subsequent shipment of the products. If, due to mistakes or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the website is lower than the correct price of sale of a product, we will contact you to check whether you wish to purchase the product at the correct price. Otherwise your order can not be accepted and the amount equal to the payment will be converted into a voucher that can be used on the site. If the correct price of a product is lower than indicated on the site, we will charge you only the correct lower price and we will send you the product anyway.
All article prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
4. Abroad Selling
The cost of customs clearance is borne by the foreign buyer as considered importer by the legislation. The foreign buyer must know that the packages can be subject to customs inspections.
